‍PH10 PLUS Mobile Repeatable Positioning Seat

The PH10 PLUS measuring socket series products have added the function of program controlled probe positioning to fully automated coordinate measuring machines, greatly improving the measurement efficiency of the equipment.

This series of measuring sockets consists of three PH10 PLUS models, each of which can be equipped with a series of measuring heads and extension rods, enabling 720 positions to be repeatedly positioned and measuring the most difficult workpiece features. This enables feature detection from different angles without the need for frequent and time-consuming needle component replacement operations.

The three variants of PH10 PLUS measuring seat all come with repeatability indicators - increased to 0.4 μ m (2 σ) (at a distance of 100 mm), improving the positioning function of the measuring tip

PH10M PLUS

‍The PH10M PLUS can be equipped with longer extension rods and high-performance probes, such as SP25M or TP7M. The advantage of high repetition automatic adsorption is that it can quickly exchange side heads or extension rods without the need for recalibration.

PH10MQ PLUS

PH10MQ PLUS is a variant of PH10M PLUS, which allows the mobile measuring seat to be directly connected to the shaft sleeve, with the B-axis of the measuring seat located inside the shaft sleeve.

This option provides a nimble and compact probe base, with only the A-axis located outside the shaft sleeve.

PH10T PLUS

Similar to PH10M PLUS; The difference is that the PH10T PLUS replaces the automatic suction joint with an M8 threaded probe base.

All M8 thread probes (such as TP20 and TP200) with extension rods can be directly installed on the measuring seat. The PH10T PLUS is fully compatible with all Renishaw probe and module exchange systems.
